Each piece effortlessly and beautifully peels away from the skin by hand, perfect for entertaining, plating, or simply enjoying as-is.

Unlike ordinary “candied” fish, ours isn’t smoked, and it’s definitely not jerky. Instead, we cure and glaze each fillet using our family’s time-honoured multi-step process, infusing every bite, not just the surface, with rich flavour, a delicate savory salt balance, and a perfectly sticky texture that’s pure satisfaction.
