Smoked Salmon Canada Shipping
  • Orders over $75 in the Greater Toronto Area: Free next day local delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to receive it. The driver will call before delivering.
  • All orders over $75: $9.99 Flat Rate Overnight shipping to most locations in Canada. Orders to remote or rural areas may be cancelled and refunded if we cannot guarantee an overnight delivery time in order to preserve the freshness of the product. Please ensure that your order is shipped to an address where someone will be available to receive it immediately. Packages may be left by the courier driver at your door if there is no one available to receive the package. It is your responsibility to ensure that the package is promptly picked up and the products are refrigerated as soon as possible.
  • Orders under $75: Shipping price is automatically calculated by the carrier at checkout according to your shipping address.
  • Orders are processed and shipped with in 1-2 business days. Shipments go out Monday to Thursday to ensure you will receive your order before the weekend.
  • We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. Orders received during this time will be shipped the following Monday.
  • All orders are shipped using insulated packaging that has been tested to maintain the contents in a food safe refrigerated condition for up to 24 hours. That is why we only ship using overnight service which is significantly more costly than regular shipping.
  • All our fish products have been cured or dehydrated; this means that the product you receive is ready to eat and safe even if it does not arrive to you in a frozen state. Although products always leave our facility in a frozen state, due to environmental conditions, by the time it arrives at your door step, it may be thawed but still cold and safe to consume. Please ensure that your order is shipped to an address where someone will be available to receive it immediately. Packages may be left by the courier driver at your door if there is no one available to receive the package. It is your responsibility to ensure that the package is promptly picked up and the products are refrigerated as soon as possible.

 

REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@fishdelish.ca with your name and order number. When applicable, we may replace your order or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
