Our recipe was born in the kitchens of luxury hotels and refined by a chef with Slavic roots and fine-dining experience. We use a traditional dry cure of salt, sugar, and spices. Then we cold smoke it naturally, using clean filtered smoke. No artificial flavours, no shortcuts.
